20 min amrap
Each minute alternate between the following two movements.
A. 10 push ups
B. 6 cleans (135/95)
For example, min 1, complete A. minute 2 complete B. and so on until 20 minutes is up.
We started off with power cleans then at the half way point we changed the game up a bit and switched it to squat cleans! Trick or Treat!
Just a quick house cleaning reminder, y’all get your equipment out and set up for WODs, and it starts out nicely organized by weight etc. Please try to put the weights back the same way you found them, it makes our lives easier and the classes after yours that has to search for the right kettle bell or bumper or whatever it is.
