To get started at Pin Up CrossFit:
Complete these steps…
1. Attend an Introductory class held on Saturday mornings 10am-12pm, check the schedule for dates.
2. Attend our 2 week basic course (4 classes), this course focuses on the fundamentals in olympic weight lifting, gymnastics (pull ups, push ups, hand stands) as well as other fundamental movements you will see in the gym.
3. Click on the “Sign up here” tab below to save your spot at our next intro course so you can begin training with us.
We are committed. We are dedicated. We are determined. At Pin Up CrossFit we strive to create faster, stronger, leaner, but most of all healthier people. You won’t find us plugging away on a treadmill or staring at our biceps in the mirror. You won’t get yelled at for dropping your weights on the floor, and you certainly don’t have to hold back your grunts and screams – guys and girls alike. You WILL find us pushing each other for that extra rep, a few extra pounds, or to go faster. You WILL find us laying on the floor, leaving sweat angels, and searching for the breath we can’t find after the workout. Then you’ll be begging to come back and do it again.
