Girls Gone WOD Whole30 challenge Winner!

Congratulations to all the ladies who participated in the Whole 30 Girls Gone WOD Challenge! It was a difficult 30 days but I hope each of you took away something valuable from the experience. The average loss was 1.5% body fat.

#1 Strength/Power Challenge – this is NOT nutrition based, but we will offer nutrition advice, etc.
-Goal is to increase overall strength and power
-Starts 6/16
-8 weeks long
-Will test performance on Bench Press, Deadlift, Back Squat, Power Clean, 400m sprint, 500m Row
-Information meeting this Thursday 6/12 @ 7:45 p.m.
-Will include strength programming 3x/week + run programming 1x/week.
-We will meet Tuesday evenings at the box at 7:30 and Saturday mornings at 9:00 at the track (track location TBD)
-3 sign up options:
Option 1:Challenge only: $50
Option 2:Challenge + 2 months supply of more muscle: $160 (that’s $10 off each bag of More Muscle)
