- Are you a traveling CrossFitter? Feel free to drop in for $10/class, email us ahead of time so we know you’re coming.
If none of these options sound appealing to you or you would prefer more attention than group classes provide, we do offer personal training in small groups of 1, 2 or 3 people. Feel free to contact us for more information.
Complete these steps…
1. Attend an Introductory class held on Saturday mornings 10am-12pm, check the schedule for upcoming dates.
2. Attend our 2 week basic course (4 classes), this course focuses on the fundamentals in olympic weight lifting, gymnastics (pull ups, push ups, hand stands) as well as other fundamental movements you will see in the gym.
