CrossFit Schedule/Getting Started

To get started at Pin Up CrossFit,
You can come to a free Saturday WOD held at 9am most Saturdays try out a class. If you already know what CrossFit is all about and want to sign up and get started you need to complete a few things before joining our regular CrossFit classes.
1st – We ask that everyone completes an intro class that we hold on Saturdays, it’s roughly 1.5-2hours long and will cover the fundamental movements and elements you will use in our regular classes.*
These are the upcoming intro class dates:
Saturday April 21st at 10am @ Bayou City CrossFit (3622 Golf Road)
2nd – Once you complete the intro class we have 4 basic classes that will take what you have learned in the intro to the next level, we will go further into barbell elements, and pull ups, hand stand push ups among many other things.*
*If for some reason you can’t make it to an intro class ever or the basic classes don’t fit your schedule, we have a number of coaches that would be happy to assist you in a one on one setting and your convenience to get you started with our program. Feel free to email or call us to get this set up.
