CrossFit Schedule/Getting Started

To get started at Pin Up CrossFit,

You can come to a free WOD (workout of the day) held at 10am every other Saturday to try it out for yourself. Once you’ve done this, or if you already know you would like to join then we ask that you complete a few steps before you can begin with our regular CrossFit classes. See below.

1st – We ask that everyone completes an intro class that we hold on Saturdays, it’s roughly 2 hours long and will cover the fundamental movements and elements you will use in our regular classes.*

2nd – Once you complete the intro class we have 4 basic classes that will take what you have learned in the intro to the next level. In the basic course we will be teaching you the basics of the Olympic lifts, gymnastics, kettlebells and many other things.* Keep in mind that once you complete these courses you will have a basic understanding of a variety of movements. Your learning doesn’t stop there, we will continue to teach and coach all of these things in your regular classes and you will be expected to apply what we teach you in your daily WODs.

*If for some reason you can’t make it to an intro class ever or the basic classes don’t fit your schedule, we have a number of coaches that would be happy to assist you in a one on one setting and your convenience to get you started with our program.
