Come check out a FREE class each Saturday at 9:00 a.m.! Saturdays don’t work for you? No problem, drop us a note and we’ll make sure you can try out a weekday class.

Join Our Intro Class
Just what it sounds like! In our intro class we’ll introduce you to a few of the movements you’ll see most often at Pin Up CrossFit. Don’t stress, we’re not here to beat you up on your first day, just show you a little bit of what we are all about.

Intro classes will be added to our calendar as they are scheduled, so don’t be afraid to ask for a time you don’t see! Each class only has 20 available spots, though, so sign up soon!

Join Our Basic Course
Our basic course is 8 sessions over 4 weeks, with the first 2 weeks free. At the end of the first 2 weeks, you can decide if you’d like to continue with the course! Our basic course includes:

  • Small group instruction with the Houston’s best coaches
  • Hands-on attention
  • A full movement assessment
  • Nutritional discussion each night
  • Regular instruction on safe training practices and how to optimize your workouts
  • A chance to get to know us and become a part of the Pin Up Crossfit Community
