6 sets Start @ 80% of 1RM C&J increase weight with good form

WOD:
Tabata (do all 8 rds of one movement rest 1 min then move to next)
Walking lunges w/ Dynamax ball 20/14
Rest 1min
Pull ups
Rest 1min
Sit ups
Rest 1min
Burpee 2 Plate
For total reps (sled push is 1 per length of turff)
