Battle Buddies
M: 45# plate  F:35# plate
Both start on one side of the mats. You can only do work on the other side of the mats. Set up cones.
Partner A: Runs the plate down does 10 ground to shoulders w/plate, then runs the plate back
Partner B: Does the same
Partner A: Runs the plate down does 10 Shoulder 2 OH w/plate, then runs the plate back
Partner B: Does the same
Partner A: Runs the plate down does 10 Burpees to plate, then runs the plate back
Partner B: Does the same
